Pastor Roy McFadden
Pastor Roy McFadden is the President and Founder of Seed Time and Harvest Faith Ministries, a nondenominational church located in West Palm Beach and Miramar Florida. Being saved at the young age of 12, he has over 47 years of ministry. He is a Miami native and is married to Louise McFadden who is also from Miami. They are the parents of six children, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. Pastors Roy and Louise McFadden are the spiritual children of Pastors Dr. Creflo A. Dollar and Taffi L. Dollar.
Pastor McFadden is committed to ministering the love of God and the Gospel of Grace in conferences and speaking engagements. Through McFadden Ministries, Pastor McFadden ministers the Word of God throughout the country via social media outlets. With a strong prophetic voice, he offers a practical approach to the Gospel of Grace and ministers with simplicity and understanding.
Co-Pastor
Pastor Louise McFadden
Pastor Louise McFadden is the Co-Pastor of Seed Time and Harvest Faith Ministries. She has over 22 years in ministry. She was the first member of the Spirit of Christ in Miami, FL under the spiritual guidance of Pastor Cecil Lamb. During her time at the Spirit of Christ, she oversaw the Greeters, Ushers and Hospitality Ministry. Pastor Louise not only co-Pastors with her husband, but she also assists him in the daily operations and business of the ministry.
In 2005, Pastor Louise birthed the Women of Excellence Ministry, where she teaches women and girls how to live and operate in their full God given potential. God has given Pastor Louise a heart for single mothers. She has ministered and counseled hundreds of mothers through God’s Grace that has brought deliverance in their lives. She believes that through His unconditional love, God can change and rearrange anyone’s life, just as He did for her.

Our Ministry
In 1999, the Lord led Pastor McFadden and his family to relocate to West Palm Beach. In 2000, through Genesis 8:22, God gave Pastor McFadden the vision for Seed Time and Harvest Faith Ministries and the ministry was birthed. The first service was held on New Year’s in 2000 in a member’s home. In 2009, God led Pastor Roy to start Seed Time and Harvest Faith Ministries south location, in Miramar, Florida.
Seed Time and Harvest Faith Ministries is an exciting, charismatic, multiethnic, nondenominational church that welcomes all people from every walk of life. Seed Time and Harvest believes in the Grace of God and His unconditional love for all people. Our Pastors believe that God’s people were created to be in an intimate relationship with Him and through the relationship, they are led into their divine destiny. We believe that God’s has given every believer skills, talents, and gifts to establish the Kingdom of God in the earth.
